Moist Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffins

I have always loved muffins as a quick breakfast for busy families. Last night I made some great muffins that were a huge hit this morning (of course the last 8 that I turned to charcoal not even the dog would eat).

Moist Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffins (with chocolate chips for good measure)

In one big bowl combine:

3 cups flour
1 cup instant oats
2 tbsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1.5 cup chocolate chips

In another bowl mash:
4 ripe bananas

Then add and mix together:
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups milk

Pour into first bowl and mix with a spoon.

Place into lined muffin tins and cook aprox 18 minutes at 350
