Organized Families is an online resource for busy families and mothers written by Kay McFarlane also known as the Almost Always Organized Mom.

My goal is to:

Provide a free venue online where mothers can locate information and resources to help organize their schedule, reach their goals, manage their homes, work, and family life.

Developed as a blog written by a busy single mother with three children under the age of nine blog posts, articles, and resources are all mom designed and approved ! 5000 moms have used our printable resources over the last 6 years.

I now juggle a schedule that inludes; running a business (Her Media) working for GreatAupair, six children (aged 5,5,6,7,7,and 10), two homes, and sleep. So you may find more sleep deprived induced posts of random nonsense :)

This blog is owned and operated by Karrine McFarlane. With a background in Early Childhood Education and eight years as a professional nanny and household manager in a variety of different households Karrine’s experience can help your family from organizing a closet to teaching your children how to develop healthy “habits” that save you time each day.
