1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract    1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Sugar &#8211; White    1/2 Cup Shortening
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

<p>Ingredients:<br />
1 1/2 Cups Butterscotch Chips    1 Teaspoon Seasoning &#8211; Cinnamon<br />
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder    1 Teaspoon Baking Soda<br />
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning &#8211; Salt    2 Cups Flour &#8211; All Purpose<br />
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract    1 Cup Pumpkin Puree<br />
1 Cup Sugar &#8211; White    1/2 Cup Shortening</p>
<p>Cooking Directions:<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</p>
<p>2. Cream the shortening and sugar and then stir in the pumpkin and vanilla.<br />
In a seperate bowl sift the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon; stir into the<br />
creamed mixture.<br />
Add the chips.<br />
Drop a teaspoon at a time on pregreased cookie sheets.</p>
<p>3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven.<br />
Allow cookies to cool for 1-2 minutes before moving to cooling rack.</p>
